When I first tried internet marketing, I felt that there was a lot missing from the program that was teaching it to me and I noticed it was sending too many people to the same places. My brother introduced me to Affilorama a year later. It filled in the gaps I thought were missing from the other program as well as confirmed much of what I had come to believe the year before. I’m probably one of the fortunate few who primarily just needs to tone up. I could loose a few pounds and be okay. But I’m fairly close to my ideal weight anyway. However, my main problem is that my stomach isn’t as… sculpted as I’d like it to be.
The Truth About Abs is a program that I’m currently working through. I found this about a year ago, and I’ll admit… I’ve been lazy about starting. That’s why I”m almost a size larger than I was a year ago. So far, I’m only doing the bodyweight exercises because the weather outside is really to hot to be in the garage working out (or at least, when I’m first writing this, anyway), but those exercises are a workout! I have done some of the other exercises in the course previously, but I didn’t stick with it long enough to get results. This time, I’m going to.
What I love about this program is that he teaches you to exercises that help you attain functional fitness, not just a bodybuilder look. And his program can be used by women without “bulking” up. There are some videos available, which may be an upsell, but worth the money. Focus on the individual exercise videos, though… the compilations are off on the audio sync, but the individual ones work just fine. Also, he has a diet plan that may seem a little extreme. I’m not an expert on nutrition. Some of the things he says, though, make sense and at least are food for thought.
